Blessing of the Animals
October 3, 11:00 a.m.
Calvary’s Blessing of the Animals, in the Episcopal tradition, is an “All are welcome” event. Please invite your friends and neighbors, and please bring all your creatures, great and small, but PLEASE keep safety in mind! All animals should be appropriately leashed, crated, carried, or contained, and under responsible supervision at all times. If your pet is no longer with us or cannot mingle comfortably with other pets, please bring a photograph or drawing of your pet. Stuffed animals and toy pets also are welcome to receive a blessing.
A reception with light refreshments for all species will follow. Any monetary contributions and/or pet food items will be delivered to the Pet Food Pantry at St. Aiden's in Alden.
Nolan Burch Memorial Blood Drive

Nolan was able to save four lives through organ donation. You can save at least three lives, right here in WNY, just by donating your blood! The Annual Nolan Burch Memorial Blood Drive will take place on Saturday, October 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Hughson Hall at Calvary. Schedule an appointment.

Alan Nowicki, programming director of the Roycroft Campus in East Aurora, will present this entertaining program of local interest.
FONP Carpool
October 27, 4:00 p.m.
Volunteers serve dinner and assist with the clothing closet at Friends of Night People. Volunteers meet at Calvary's parking lot by 4 p.m. to carpool and return by 8 p.m.
Good Grief

Good Grief is a non-denominational support group that offers fellowship and support to anyone who has suffered any type of significant loss. Meetings are open; all are welcome.
