Good Grief

Good Grief is a support group for anyone who is having difficulty with a loss. It may be a pet, a divorce, or death of a loved one...whatever it is you are suffering, feel free to bring yourself and share, if you wish, your hurt with a group willing to listen. Or listen to the stories of others. It all can help. People of any - or no - denomination are welcome. In fact, all are welcome.
Kick Off Sunday
September 14
Come to Calvary on Sunday, September 14 as we kick off the new program year! Sunday School for children 4 years through grade 9 resumes at 9:30 a.m. (register here). At the 10 a.m. service, the choir returns! It is sure to be a wonderful morning.
Serving at Friends of Night People
September 18, 4:00 p.m.
Calvary will assist at Friends of Night People. Consider becoming one of Calvary's volunteers, serving meals and distributing clothing. The group will meet in the church parking lot at 4:00 p.m. to carpool and return around 8:00 p.m. Sign up in the Reception Room or let Ro Cherpak or Chris Coburn-Miller know you can help.
Choral Evensong
September 21, 4:00 p.m.
The Calvary Choir will celebrate Fr. Robert Harvey's 30th Anniversary of Ordination with a newly composed piece by Roland Martin. Hymns, a psalm and canticles will fill out the service.
