How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of Him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of good, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, Your God reigns!

Isaiah 52:7

2010 Summer Concert Series
July 05, 2010

Welcome to the THIRTY SECOND Annual Summer Carillon Concert Series.

Thirty two years ago was the beginning of the fulfillment of a dream envisioned by Daniel and Grace Niederlander.  Their gift of the carillon ... “to the Community, with Calvary Church as the trustee” ... was the basis of a new concept.  With the carillon as the focal point, a concert series was developed from a European tradition of concerts held in the Market Place.  Our tradition is for people to arrive with family, friends and picnic supper to enjoy a leisurely end to a summer day.   A unique feature of our Series is the addition of vocal and instrumental concerts.

The Summer Concert Series attracts numerous people annually.  Our Series is a popular event in Western New York and has gained national and international recognition.  Artists from North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand have participated in offering unique musical programming.   We have also featured a variety of performers and ensembles exemplifying the high caliber of talent in the Western New York area.  Rain or shine we look forward to seeing you this summer.
